As the feedback demonstrates, the vast majority of our customers are very happy with the quality and fit of our products.

However, if you feel that any of the clothing is the wrong size for you, we will happily exchange your item if the product is returned unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the costs of returning and we advise that this is done via a secure/trackable postage service.  Max Mph cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items.

In the first instance, to help us process your return efficiently, please send us an email via the Contact page, stating your name, email address and the relevant order number and we will advise you of the process and where to return the goods.

Under distance selling regulations you are allowed a 7 day cooling of period in which you can return an item without any justification.   Max Mph extends this to 14 days but after this time max mph retains the right to assume that the order has progressed to completion and you will not have the automatic right to a refund.  For a full refund (within the 14 day period), the product must be returned unused, with all the tags attached and in the original packaging.
